I believe that time is one of the most valuable gifts that you can give yourself. This retreat day is an opportunity to slow down and make time for yourself; to create space, reconnect with your body and bring clarity to your mind.
The yoga practice will be steady and nourishing, allowing you to gradually unwind, restore and recharge. In the morning, the Hatha Yoga practice will consist of meditation, pranayama (breath work) and asana (physical postures). We’ll then have a nourishing lunch as a group so that you have the opportunity to connect with like-minded souls, followed by a walk in the surrounding countryside to bring a glow to your cheeks. In the afternoon the practice will be Restorative Yoga to aid complete relaxation.
A delicious and nourishing lunch is included. All food will be vegetarian, gluten free and refined-sugar free. Any special diets can be catered for; please advise me of any specific requirements when booking.
The yoga equipment is provided but please bring wellies or walking boots and a coat for our walk.
All experience levels are welcome, including those newer to yoga.
