SATURDAY 18 MAY 2024, 10:30AM - 4:30PM - SOLD OUT

Escape for a nourishing one-day yoga retreat at The Farm at Avebury, surrounded by a beautiful and historic landscape in the heart of Wiltshire.

This day is an opportunity to slow down and make time for yourself, for you to be fully present and to reconnect with your most authentic self. With yoga and meditation practices, walking and connecting with like-minded souls, the day will create space for reflection and rediscovery. Through this process of unravelling, there is the opportunity to discover a renewed sense of clarity and focus, inspiring you to go back out into the world and thrive.

THE VENUE

Our day will be spent at The Farm at Avebury, a working farm with a beautiful yoga barn and contemporary accommodation. Set within an area of outstanding natural beauty just outside Marlborough, we'll be surrounded by a beautiful and historic landscape which we'll explore during our walk.

If you'd like to retreat for the weekend, The Farm offers luxury self-catering accommodation which you can book for a 2-night stay. Please book directly with the venue.

THE YOGA

The morning yoga practice will be active, combining asana, pranayama and meditation to allow you to connect with your body, your breath and your mind. The afternoon practice will be deeply restful, combining restorative yoga and guided meditation to promote complete relaxation.

The yoga practice will be suitable for all levels of experience, including those newer to yoga. If you have not practised yoga with me before, you can read more about me and my teaching style and experience here.

THE FOOD

To complement the day’s activities, lunch will be healthy and nutritious to nourish and replenish your body. It will be a freshly prepared two-course vegetarian meal, created by Colline Watts. Any special diets can be catered for; please advise me of any specific requirements when booking.

THE WALK

The Farm at Avebury is the perfect starting point for our walk as it is situated inside the Avebury World Heritage site, in the heart of neolithic Britain. Walking from the farm, we'll pass iconic monuments and explore the UNESCO-protected landscape.
