Nutty Banana Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon milled flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter
  • To top
  • Choose from banana slices, nuts, seeds, nut butter or raw cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with the toppings of your choice.
