If you're a runner, I offer a on-demand Yoga for Runners programme which will relieve stiffness, release tension, and increase your range of motion and flexibility to prevent injury and improve performance.

I also offer a variety of Hatha & Hatha Flow Yoga workshops to give you the opportunity to deepen your practice, including Deepen your Practice.
