I also offer a variety of Hatha & Hatha Flow Yoga workshops to give you the opportunity to deepen your practice, including How to Establish a Home Practice.

If you’re interested in fitness and running and you would like to discover how to integrate yoga into your training programme, I offer regular Yoga for Runners workshops which are suitable for complete beginners.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi; there is something to suit all levels of experience and a variety of interests.
