Victoria is a 1000+ hour trained yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance, based in Oxfordshire. She has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has been leading yoga teacher training programs for the last four years. Victoria specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa yoga, as well as creative meditation, mythology, philosophy and spiritual art practices. Known for leading dynamic yet accessible classes, Victoria uses her enthusiasm for traditional practice to lead students through movement and into an experience of meditation.

Victoria runs yoga and art retreats within India, alongside teaching international workshops and classes within the United Kingdom and west-coast Canada. She works in groups as well as one-on-one with adults and young people, applying traditional practice in a way that is tailored to individuals. Since 2018 Victoria has also been teaching yoga classes within schools, engaging children in the benefits of yoga and meditation so that they may learn healthy habits from a young age.

Victoria has completed numerous teacher trainings, including Ashtanga Primary, Intermediate and Advanced teacher training at the Abhijna School of Yoga in India. She has also participated in workshops led by some world-renowned teachers including Richard Freeman, David Swenson, Mary Taylor, Gregor Maehle, Stewart Gilchrist, Edward Clark, Guru Singh among others.

Felicity and Victoria first met when they did their first 200-hour teacher training together at Bristol School of Yoga in 2013-14, and now their paths have crossed again. Victoria teaches our Vinyasa Flow classes.
