Acai berry breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons acai berry powder
  • ½ banana
  • 1 handful of berries
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup water
  • To top
  • Choose from nuts, berries, coconut yogurt, goji berries or raw cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with the toppings of your choice.
