We’ll start the morning with an energising 75 minute Hatha Yoga practice where we will connect invigorating movement with the breath to awaken the body and bring clarity to the mind.
We’ll then all prepare a delicious and nourishing three course raw food lunch together, using simple and creative techniques to create health and wellbeing from the inside out. There will also be the opportunity to share tips on how to introduce healthy habits into your daily life.
Once we’ve all enjoyed the meal and a natter, you’ll leave with the recipe cards and a goody bag, feeling energised, equipped and inspired to discover a new and healthier you.
All experience levels are welcome, including beginners.
