Get together with other mummies-to-be for a Saturday morning Pregnancy Yoga catch up! We’ll have a 60 minute yoga class focusing on gentle flowing movement connected with the breath. We’ll then roll up our mats and have a delicious freshly prepared brunch and a good natter! It’s the perfect opportunity to meet and get to know other mummies-to-be. You’ll leave feeling energised but relaxed, and ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Suitable from your 14th week of pregnancy. All experience levels are welcome, including beginners.

The investment is £25, including the brunch.
