Whether you’re running a race or have a long training run planned over the weekend, this Monday evening practice is designed to release tension in your tired achy muscles and to speed up your recovery after a long run.
We’ll focus on Hatha Yoga postures which target areas of the body which are most used when running, moving at a steady pace and with an awareness of precision, alignment and your breath. Taking the time to thoroughly stretch will release residual tension in the body, leaving you feeling supple and ready to return to your regular training.
All experience levels are welcome, including beginners.
